Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned or resold due to their consumable nature.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions

• The key has been used, activated, or shared

• An incorrect email address was provided by the customer

• The product does not run on the customer’s device due to system incompatibility

3. Valid Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

• The delivered key is invalid or non-functional (with verifiable proof)

• The wrong product was sent due to a system error

4. How to Request a Refund
